Common Questions

FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept orders from as small as 1 unit for bespoke tailoring. For bulk uniform orders, our minimum is typically 10 units per style. Contact us for custom pricing on larger orders.
How long does production take?
Standard orders typically take 2–4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Bulk orders over 200 units may take 4–8 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Do you deliver outside Port Moresby?
Yes. We deliver to all provinces in Papua New Guinea. Delivery charges and timeframes vary by location. We also offer pickup from our Port Moresby showroom.
Can I provide my own design or logo?
Absolutely. We work with your existing brand guidelines, logos, and design files. Our in-house design team can also help you create or refine your uniform design from scratch at no extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (BSP, ANZ, Westpac PNG), cheques, and cash payments at our showroom. For large orders, we offer a 50% deposit with balance on delivery payment arrangement.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your products?
Yes. All our products come with a quality guarantee. If any item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
